Worship Ministry Team – Sets up all aspects of worship service.

Altar Flower Team – Sign up for a month to arrange flowers in the church sanctuary and lounge.

Music Ministry Team – Works with the music director to organize and plan special music for worship services.

Tape Ministry Team – Distributes tapes of the church service to shut-ins.

Christian Education Team – Plans for and meets the educational needs of children from birth through confirmation and adult Christian education programs.

Historical Team – Keeps records and maintains an orderly system of church activities and events and to continue to collect artifacts.

Membership Team – Orders offering envelopes and keeps the membership list and new packet accurate and updated.

Greeters – Schedules members to welcome worshipers on Sunday.

Cradle Roll Team – This person records the baptism of each child and places his or her name and birth date on the corresponding wall hangings in the Narthex.

Communion Team – Prepares the bread and wine for communion and washes glasses after services.

Audit Team – Checks over secretary and benevolent reports annually.

Staff Support Team – Communicates with and evaluates the performance of staff.

Library Team – Maintains the church library and monitors items checked out and returned to the shelves.

Nominating Team – Searches for members to serve on the Consistory.

Courtyard Maintenance Team – Plants and maintains the courtyard in the center of the church and along the east side of the building.

Building/Maintenance Team – This group of members goes beyond custodial work and makes sure the basic structure of the church is taken care of, along with such things as the boiler, lighting, air conditioning, etc.

Cherry Tree Team – Prepares and coordinates prizes with cherries, and organizes everything needed for the set-up at the Kiel Picnic.

Scholarship Team – This team reviews members planning to further their education. A scholarship is presented as seen appropriate.

Abundance Team – Initiates new ways to encourage members to give of their time, talents, and treasures. Also plans fundraising activities.

Endowment/Memorial Team – The team pairs memorial money with the wishes of the contributor to the needs of the church.

Benevolent Team – Directs the benevolent offering to the ministry of helping others through our church missions.

Budget Team – Prepares and evaluates expenses for the year.
