The
Gift For All People: Thoughts on God's Great Grace
by Max Lucado
Product
Description
The Gift for All People is a celebration of God’s gift of
salvation wrapped in a collection of inspirational stories. These
stories will help Christians comprehend and treasure the assurance
of their salvation and will help non-Christians realize and embrace
the gift of abundant, eternal life in Jesus Christ. The concluding
story, written especially for this book, urges readers to give their
lives to Jesus Christ and shows them how to do so. This book will
provide Christians with a unique, warm, and attractive presentation
of the gospel to give to non-Christian family or friends.
More than anything,
God wants you to be with Him. The God who designed your world, the
God who placed you on the planet, simply wants you home with Him.
And to bring you home, He offers you a gift...the gift of eternal
salvation.
My prayer is
that through the pages of this book you'll see his gift like you've
never seen it.
If you've already
accepted it, you'll thank Him again. And if you've never accepted
it, I pray that you will. For it's the gift of a lifetime. A gift
for all people.

by Kay Arthur

Bible Study Series from Kay Arthur. The "Lord" study series

Does It Sometimes
Feel Impossible to Measure Up to God's Standards?
On a hillside
overlooking the Sea of Galilee, Jesus opened the doorway to the
kingdom of God. He challenged His followers to pursue a faith without
compromise. Without anxiety. Without judgmentalism. He encouraged
them to build a faith that bears fruit. A faith built on rock. A
faith that would be true to the only Lord and Msster. Is that the
kind of faith you want? It sounds impossible. It feels unreachable.
How can you possibly measure up? Let Kay Arthur lovingly guide you
through the life-changing Sermon on the Mount in her devotional
study, Lord, I'm Torn Between Two Masters. It will minister to you
in intimate ways. And these are truths you can share easily with
others in small groups.

Sticky
Situations:
365 Devotions for Kids & Families
by Betsy Schmitt
Review
from christianbook.com
I am a children's minister and have been a Christian book and Bible
retailer for over ten years. The first book in this series was ample
reason for me to begin recommending this devotional series to parents
of elementary students.2nd-5th grades. However I did like the format
of the second volume. Its content dealt on a lower cognitive of
material. The content dealt with everyday issues including sibling
rivalry, school issues like cheating and the choices children have
to make on each of those levels of learning. I had told my youth
to make the decision to do the bright thing before you get in the
back seat of a car, and Sticky Situations helps children
do that on a child's level. (w/o the back seat stuff) Schmitt has
done a wonderful job of communication God's principles to kids yours
and mine for eternity's sake. These are also great for brain teasers
before SS, Jr Church G-force or whatever your extra church activities
are today.(30+ years working with kids) Loving every minute!!!!!

of Gold:
